Group Yoga
As a Hatha Yoga teacher, I guide strong yet gentle flows designed to energise the body while leaving you deeply rested. Sessions conclude with guided relaxation and visualisation for complete mind-body balance.

Pregnancy Yoga (Group Sessions)
Specialised pregnancy yoga classes combine breathing, gentle movement, visualisations, and relaxation. They help strengthen and relax the body, preparing both mother and baby for the journey ahead.

Wellness Events
I am available to collaborate on wellness events, offering any of my services—from yoga and Ayurveda to sound and energy healing—to create a truly unique and nourishing experience.

Women’s Circles
